We offer health, dental, life, Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) and long-term disability insurance through Canada Life. This kicks in for you after 3 months of working here, and you and we share the cost.

SUBMIT A BENEFITS CLAIM

• Go online to set up an account where you can submit your claims online, click on Register then Benefits to submit claims and be paid by direct deposit.

• Search for Canada Life in the app store on your smartphone. Download the Canada Life app.

• To submit your claim via snail mail, visit Z drive / Forms & Templates for benefits forms - or ask your Branch Administrator.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PLAN

Employees and immediate family/dependents that are on the plan can access the program by:

• Dialing 1-866-289-6749

• Logging into https://app.lifeworks.com/

• Downloading the free Telus Health One app
